Lindsay Busted... Details

Lindsay Lohan was arrested this morning after being stopped by police in Santa Monica, CA. This is the 2nd DUI charge in a matter of months for Miss Fuckup, I mean Lohan. Lohan was also found to have cocaine in her pocket and is being charged with a DUI, driving on a suspended license and possession of a narcotic. Her blook alcohol level was apparently at .12 or .13 according to the TMZ.com website. The legal limit in CA is .08. Apparently, Lohan was chasing another car driven by her assistants mother. Her assistant had apparently just quite. The mother in the vehicle being chased by Lohan called the police and said she was concerned about being followed. What....the.....hell......? Lohan was released on $250,000.00 bail this morning. TMZ is also reporting that her alcohol bracelet she was seen wearing is a fake. The charges she faces are listed as felonies on her booking sheet.

Per People Magazine: After being booked on the charges, Lohan posted $250,000 bail and was released at about 6:30 a.m. She was crying and upset but cooperative during the arrest process, said Hernandez.
